Standard 3QT (Three Quarter Turn) Series

Standard Series Stair

Unique's standard designs consist of three series of staircases: three quarter turn series with seven available standard diameters; half turn series offers six standard diameters; quarter turn series offers two standard diameters. Unique's stairs are engineered for weight capacities and are constructed of multi-laminated hardwood plies for the stringer and handrail sets. The treads are made of solid 1 1/2' oak * with both ends recessed and bolted into their respective stringer mortises. All of Unique's hardware is fully concealed to enhance the beauty of the stairs.

Whether constructing to a specific or unusual diameter, designed to fit your specifications, including custom curved handrails for balconies, Unique can provide the custom stair to meet your requirements.

Exterior Spiral Stair

Unique's exterior stairs are true works of beauty and are made to withstand the most demanding climate and weather conditions. You can select from lumber such as redwood, red cedar, white cedar, cypress, brazilian cherry, mahogany or teak in standard or custom designs.

Straight and Straight/Curved Combination Stairs

Unique can produce a straight run staircase complete with rails and drilled for balusters in a matter of days. Compare that to a site built stair. Substantial savings could result by just dropping a straight run stair in place that is already assembled.
