Due to the utilization of solid hardwood laminations, our engineered weight capacities nearly double our nearest competitor. Unique offers a double helix spiral stair design that utilizes no center post. Our freestanding helical stairways are not only UNIQUE but are safer than conventional center post spiral stairs by affording the user a rail in each hand. Although our base pricing is for 100% Red Oak, your staircase project can be built in nearly any hardwood available.
